Third FL-EUR Conference 'European pathways for supporting and protecting adults: insights and best practices across Europe' - 2 May 2025

On Friday 2 May 2025, FL-EUR - together with the Amsterdam Centre for Family & Law - organised the conference 'European pathways for supporting and protecting adults: insights and best practices across Europe'.

This conference explored the latest developments in statutory measures, ex lege measures, and voluntary measures, offering a comparative overview based on the FL-EUR national reports. It also highlighted insights and best practices by examining both the law in the books and its application in practice in pioneering countries.
